1. What OffTo Is

OffTo is a free platform where students share their high school to college journey. You create a profile, get a shareable card, and connect with classmates through groups, posts, and messaging.

2. Who Can Use OffTo

You must be at least 13 years old. By creating an account, you represent that you are a real person and that the information you provide (your name, high school, and college) is accurate. OffTo is designed for students — accounts that misrepresent identity or school affiliation may be removed.

3. Your Account

You are responsible for your account and everything that happens under it. Keep your login credentials secure. If you suspect unauthorized access, contact us immediately. We may suspend or delete accounts that violate these terms.

4. Content You Post

You own the content you create on OffTo (posts, photos, messages). By posting, you grant OffTo a non-exclusive license to display, distribute, and promote your content within the platform. You can delete your content at any time.

You agree not to post content that is illegal, harassing, threatening, hateful, sexually explicit, or that infringes on others' rights. We reserve the right to remove content that violates our Community Guidelines.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Create fake or misleading profiles
• Impersonate another person or misrepresent your school affiliation
• Harass, bully, or intimidate other users
• Use the platform for spam, advertising, or solicitation
• Attempt to access other users' accounts or private data
• Use automated tools to scrape data or create accounts
• Circumvent any security or verification measures

7. Account Deletion

You can delete your account at any time from your profile settings. When you delete your account, your profile, posts, and messages are permanently removed. Group memberships and reactions are also deleted.

8. Disclaimers

OffTo is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. We do not verify the accuracy of all user-submitted information, though we use trust scoring to detect inconsistencies. We are not responsible for interactions between users — please exercise judgment when connecting with people online.

9. Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms as the platform evolves. We'll notify you of significant changes through the app. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated terms.
